We properly plant our trees:
- The root crown should be even with the lawn, no higher, no lower.
- We mulch around tree to retain moisture.
- The cone shape of the tree spade cut provides minimal shift of the tree.
- Given the cone shape, staking is usually not suggested.
- In rural areas we can provide guards to deter deer rub damage.
